An Artemis project presentation and a software demonstration will be done at the Danish Centre National Assistive Technology Fair, an annual event including both exhibitions and conferences, taking place in Nyborg, Denmark. |

Artemis has included some work on Ethics for medical research involving humans in the field of Assistive Technology. We have created a course which allows assitive technology service users, or anyone else who is interested in expressing their views on or learning more about medical research ethics. Within the framework of the European Integra Project , I&IMS; organised the “European approaches to labour-market integration of persons with a disability” seminar, where we demonstrated our Artemis tele-assistance system prototype for the socio-professional integration of persons with a motor impairment. The event was held on May 29th 2006 in the Mª Aurelia Capmany hall at the Centre Civic Pati Llimona in Barcelona (simultaneous translation / accessible to a wheelchair). |
